Our Minervois Blanc is made using the local grape varieties Bourboulenc and Roussanne, planted 25 years ago and now in the prime of their life. The Minervois blanc carries hints of tropical and citrus fruits, which is why we choose not to mature the wine in oak barrels in order to do justice to its delicate bouquet. Great with shellfish, a nice platter of sushi or just on its own as an aperitif. |
