We believe wine is made to share and invite you to taste our selection Château Canet AOC Minervois red, white and rose wines as well as our selection of wine of the Pays d’Oc (IGP).

We invite you to drop in for a wine tasting in our “caveau” situated in the heart of the domaine, just 15 minutes from Carcassonne.  Enjoy a commented tasting and afterwards, time permitting, you can walk through our vineyards and soak up the beauty of the surrounding vineyards, olive groves and pine forests.

Our cellar visits, by appointment only, allow you to learn about our different wine making methods.   The 19th century cellars have seen many changes over the past decades although the original concrete vats are still in use alongside stainless steel and oak barrels. We explain how we combine modern techniques with traditional methods to create the very best wine while taking full advantage of our “terroir”.  Our visit includes barrel tastings and we will of course answer all your questions along the way!

Our wine tasting courses allow you to develop your interest and gain a more in-depth knowledge of wine.  Our oenologist (winemaker) leads the course in our tasting room and it can last anywhere from 1 hour to half a day including the possibility of a tasting lunch.
The courses are by appointment and are tailored to your specific interests.  (4 people minimum).
