The idea of sharing Château Canet with you grew out of our experience with our family and friends who on different occasions participated in various aspects of our wine making activity.   Their enthusiasm inspired us to offer you the opportunity to getaway from your every day hustle and bustle and get a real taste of our world!

Our objective is for you to have fun and “get your hands dirty” doing something you’ll really enjoy!  And the weekend is also designed for you to relish being away, whether you are on your own, with your loved one or with a group of friends. There’ll also be time for a visit La Cité de Carcassonne, a walk through our domain, a bike ride along the famed Canal Du Midi,  or you could just catch up on your sleep, the choice is yours!

The number of participants is limited to 16, however, we also cater to smaller private parties upon request.

Become a winemaker by day and enjoy the fruits of your labour by night!
This weekend includes everything from picking grapes, working in the cellar, learning about the vineyard, wine blending, wine tasting and more!

Vin & Chasse   
An ideal weekend for both “him and her”: either join Floris for a wild boar « battue” on the domaine or follow Victoria to market and learn how to cook a perfect Hunter’s Dinner with a professional local chef.
