Roussanne is one of  the 3 “vintners” cottages, accessed by pathway next to the pool area.  They each have their own private terrace and are ideal cottages for a small family with young children.

 On the ground floor there is a small kitchen a with breakfast bar and stools and a comfortable living room that opens onto the terrace.  Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with double bed (140 x 190), and the other with bunk beds (90 x190).  The bathroom is upstairs and has a bath with shower attachment, the toilet is on the ground floor.

Grenache is accessed  via the interior courtyard and a flight of stairs leads up to an inviting, open plan living area (all on one level) with soaring high ceiling.

 At one end, a functional kitchen and dining area and on the other  a large living area with to French doors that open onto a south facing terrace.  The view is over the pool and surrounding olive groves and pine forests.

Off the living room are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 x 190), and the other with bunk beds ( 90 x190). The bathroom with a shower (no bath) is small, there is a separate toilet.

Lucques is an open plan loft ( 61m2) There is  a large high beamed living room with a small open plan kitchen/dining area and French doors opening onto a south facing terrace.

 The view looks out over the main courtyard, the Clos vineyard and beyond, the olive grove and pine forest. On the main floor there is a double bedroom, (140 x 190),  a bathroom with bath and shower attachment and a separate toilet. A flight of stairs from the main living area leads  up to  the mezzanine floor where there are three single beds (90 X 190).

The loft is accessed by an external flight of stairs from the inner courtyard and shares an entrance corridor with Picholine.

Chardonnay (200m) is an ideal ‘home’ for a multi-generational family, or 2 families whose children are friends or a group of friends.

The large open plan kitchen with a fireplace and working pizza oven opens onto a comfortably furnished generous living room with a separate dining area.  From here, a small corridor leads to a bedroom with a double bed (160x 200) and en-suite bathroom. On this floor here is also a powder room and separate laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

The first floor is reached via a staircase leading up from the kitchen.  The en–suite master bedroom, with a double bed (160 X 200) has a high ceiling with exposed beams and looks into the inner courtyard.   The “Dorm Room” has a great beam structure and magnificent picture window overlooking the vineyards and pine forests.  There are 4 single beds (90 x 190) and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, double sink, and separate toilet.

The kitchen and living room open onto a private north facing garden with a barbeque, dining & siting area.  A magical spot to sit and watch the sunrise with your ‘café au lait” or to enjoy a glass of a wine at sunset.
